Assess my property The one-day process
Tindel does not use installation day to discover the bathroom. The unit is surveyed, the scope is understood and the required materials are prepared and organized in advance.

Step 01
The team records dimensions, visible conditions, access considerations and anything likely to affect the agreed installation. Repeated unit types can then be organized as a program rather than treated as unrelated jobs.
Step 02
Wall components, blocking, fixtures and agreed installation materials are cut, grouped and labeled before the site day. This reduces time spent searching for parts or making avoidable scope decisions inside an occupied building.
The bathroom is documented before materials are prepared.
Components are organized for the intended unit or unit type.
Access, crew movement and handback expectations are aligned with the property team.
Step 03 and 04
For a qualified bathroom with the scope, materials and access resolved, the on-site installation is planned for one working day. Tindel's current operating schedule describes an 8:00 AM start and a 4:30 PM handback.
A portfolio program still spans multiple working days according to the number of units, building access and agreed sequence. One day describes each qualified bathroom, not the entire building.
