Free Property Assessment Website information
Website terms.
These terms describe the use of the Tindel website. A project begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Website purpose
General information, not a project agreement.
The website provides general information about Tindel's multifamily bathroom services. It is not a construction contract, final scope, professional engineering opinion, warranty, code determination, lender report or binding quotation.
Project availability, timing, pricing, product specifications and warranty terms are confirmed only in the applicable written proposal or agreement.
Use of the website
Use the information lawfully and in context.
You may use the website to learn about the service and submit a genuine property inquiry. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the forms for spam or automated abuse.
Website content, branding, photographs and design may not be reproduced for commercial use without the permission of the applicable rights holder.
Accuracy and changes
Property conditions and written scope control the work.
Tindel aims to keep the website useful and accurate, but property conditions and project requirements vary. Website information may be updated as the service, evidence and operating footprint develop.
